Open Space Missions Worship Ministry brings a profound sense of joy, peace and fulfillment to people gathering and participating in all in-or-outdoors activities of our mission.
The mission worship team integrates
with the local area church worship and praise groups to create, play and
sing music in English and in the regional spoken language.
They immerse themselves and the audience in melodies and songs that bring
glory and praise to God and His Son Jesus Christ as the Holy Spirit leads
them.

Pastor Joel Gatama

Pastor Gatama is the Regional Director for the Worship Ministry of our 2026 Kenya mission. He is also Senior Pastor at his church in Nairobi. He serves in the board of directors of multiple ministries in the area. He is a missionary Pastor to Burundi. His ministry's outreach is in the former slums of the city of Nairobi.
Pastor Joel's goal is to provide help to underprivileged children and vocational training for the vulnerable. He is also the leader of interdenominational pastors organizations in his area.
